TalentWorld is hiring for Outbound Sales Representative in St. Catharine’s, ON.

Outbound Sales Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach focused on understanding and addressing client goals.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized business advertisers.
  • Conduct in-depth research to gain a strong understanding of the client’s industry, vertical, and business model.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and present tailored advertising solutions to clients.
  • Make outbound calls and engage with clients via phone and email to assess campaign performance, provide recommendations, and drive ongoing improvements.
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of the advertising platform’s products, features, and measurement tools.
  • Optimize client campaigns to improve ROI, increase customer investment, and extend campaign durations.
  • Guide clients in budget allocation, strategy enhancement, and campaign troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and campaign delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and best practices through continuous training and certification.

Outbound Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in a BPO or inside sales environment.
  • At least 3 years of total professional work experience with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and consultative sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working with North American clients and in a quota-driven environment.

Employment Details:

  • Salary: $20.43 /hour
  • Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Onsite
  • Duration: 12-months contract
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
  • Location: St. Catherine, ON
