JOB SUMMARY

Teyome Technologies Inc. is seeking a motivated and outgoing Outbound Sales Representative to support outreach and demo efforts for our real estate software platform, Homebase. This is a 6-week full-time contract with potential for extension based on performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to real estate professionals across Canada, starting meaningful conversations, and either booking or conducting short product walkthroughs. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves talking to people, is comfortable with cold outreach, and enjoys helping small business owners discover useful tools.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong people skills — you enjoy conversations and can build rapport quickly
  • Previous experience in cold calling, inside sales, outreach, or customer service
  • Comfortable with video calls (Zoom, Google Meet) and light demo delivery
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage daily outreach independently
  • Familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, or scheduling tools (like Calendly) is a plus
  • Experience working with realtors or in the real estate industry is a bonus
  • Based in Halifax/Nova Scotia preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to realtors and real estate teams to generate interest in Homebase
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and clearly communicate product value
  • Book or deliver 15-minute product walkthroughs via Google Meet (script and training provided)
  • Send follow-up emails using templates and track conversations using internal tools
  • Collaborate with the founder to improve messaging and outreach strategy
  • Record call outcomes and feedback to help improve the sales process
  • Provide a consultative, non-pushy sales experience to all prospects
