Responsibilities

• Reach out to current members to remind and encourage renewal of memberships
• Update and maintain member records
• Address member inquiries, provide information and resolve issues or concerns
• Achieve daily and monthly renewal targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain positive attitude
• Comfortable using CRM software and other digital communication tools
• Prior experience in membership or subscription-based industries

Salary - 50-60K Yearly with Commissions and bonus
Location - Oakville - In office
