JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Outbound Sales Specialist with expertise in serving first responders to join our team on a contract basis. This role, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, is critical in managing and developing outbound sales strategies to drive lead generation and expand our customer base for hyperbaric chambers in the first responder community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales prospecting, lead qualification, and customer relationship management, specifically working with fire departments, police services, emergency medical services, and related organizations that support the health and recovery of first responders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Safety Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare solutions for emergency services, occupational health, or public safety.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.

  • Proven background in B2B sales, particularly with municipal agencies, union-led programs, occupational health providers, or wellness initiatives for first responders.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in cold calling and email outreach techniques.

  • Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills.

  • Analytical mindset to assess lead quality and evaluate sales effectiveness.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with occupational health applications of hyperbaric chambers and related wellness technologies (preferred but not required).

  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements to maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard sensitive health information.

  • Knowledge of FDA guidelines and regulations governing medical devices, particularly related to hyperbaric chambers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Competence in the independent operation of hyperbaric chambers.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the first responder sector through proactive outreach and lead generation.

  • Engage with fire chiefs, police department leadership, EMS directors, union representatives, occupational health professionals, and other decision-makers via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers using CRM software.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted outbound campaigns focused on the first responder market.

  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of hyperbaric chamber therapy for injury recovery, mental wellness support (including PTSD recovery), and overall health optimization for first responders.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities and outcomes.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, occupational health programs for first responders, and product updates to effectively position OxyHealth’s solutions within the emergency services and public safety sectors.

OTHER DUTIES:


  • Occasional travel to meet with potential clients or attend industry events, such as fire, police, and EMS conferences.

  • Flexibility to work after hours as needed.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport.
