SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Leigh. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients, contributing significantly to our mission of enhancing guest experiences at Holiday Inn Express Leigh - Sports Village. This role is for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our Leigh property.

QUALIFICATION

Proven experience in B2B sales or related field
Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software
Strong communication skills in English
Excellent telemarketing abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A passion for the hospitality industry

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through researching sales leads and proactive activities.
  • Assisting in the development of sales strategies.
  • Liaising with the hotel team to support revenue growth.
  • Supporting the Business Development Manager with preparing engaging proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Coordinating exciting events, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Keeping our client databases up to date and accurate.
  • Helping track performance and celebrate team successes.
  • Tracking and sharing your knowledge of our competitor market (Leigh, Wigan, Haydock, Lowton, Warrington, and Worsley areas).
  • Working with other hotel departments to make sure everything runs seamlessly for our guests.
