Role Description and What is Expected: As a German-speaking Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative) for the DACH region, you’ll be part of SumUp’s dynamic sales team, responsible for selling our complete multi-product ecosystem, from POS to business accounts and many more Software tools. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team, tackling challenges related to lead generation, sales, operations, logistics, customer experience, and marketing – all to drive the growth and success of our offerings in the European market.

Responsibilities
  • Initiating contact with merchants in the DACH region through phone and email outreach to upsell/cross-sell additional SumUp products and services.
  • Providing innovative solutions to customers’ challenges using a consultative sales approach.
  • Establishing and nurturing customer relationships as their primary point of contact, embodying SumUp’s values of friendliness, empathy, and proactiveness.
  • Proactively seeking ways to enhance the customer experience and spearheading initiatives to streamline and optimise our sales processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
