As an Outbound Specialist, you are part of a high-performing team, ensuring top-quality standards are met for every product. You are responsible for sample quality inspection, working closely with other teams to maintain excellence and contribute to the ongoing success of Lounge by Zalando.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• You are responsible for inspecting samples to ensure they meet Zalando’s quality standards and all legal requirements, while documenting any deviations.
• You check the quality of samples and prepare them for dispatch with precision and care.
• You work independently, managing and prioritizing your tasks based on urgency and importance.
• You stay updated on the latest legal and internal quality standards through our ongoing training programs.
• You regularly collaborate with other departments, receive feedback on your work, and openly share ideas and suggestions with colleagues and stakeholders.
