This is not a standard sales role. It is a founding role. You will be the first person on the ground in your market, working side-by-side with Brightvision's leadership and delivery team to build a new outbound team from scratch. You'll sell, close, and then grow a team around you. We back the right people. What You'll Do Open and establish Brightvision's presence in your target - Italy Prospect, reach out, and build a healthy pipeline through cold calling and outbound activity Close deals — own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract Work closely with Brightvision leadership on go-to-market strategy and positioning Represent Brightvision in conversations with senior decision-makers and enterprise buyers Build and refine outbound playbooks that will scale as the team grows Hire and lead a team of SDRs once the market gains traction Contribute to strategic initiatives and share learnings across the wider team Who You Are We are not just looking for experience.
