Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Outbound Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Explain product/service features and benefits clearly. Follow call scripts and company guidelines while interacting with customers. Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Follow up with interested customers and ensure conversions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Requirements: Previous experience as an outbound telecaller, telesales executive, or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently. Goal-driven with a strong sales orientation. Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
