BDPM is a family-run project management business based in the heart of Maidstone, changing how the construction industry connects Main contractors and Subcontractors.
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to reach out to relevant subcontractors to fill the current gaps we have in our supply chain.

EDUCATION:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Managing your own CRM System (Zoho) to be able to organise and run your day effectively.
  • Lead Generation, scheduling calls and following up with potential prospects.
  • Making sure you are hitting your daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Selling our packages to prospects.
  • Experience in opening and closing conversations.
  • Active listening to uncover customers’ pain points and needs.
  • Selling via telephone and online meetings.
  • Being able to follow company processes to make an effective sale.
  • Hitting your monthly sales target.
