We don’t rely on cold calling or outdated methods — instead, we generate strong inbound interest through our growing YouTube channel Crane Man (UK) and targeted online campaigns. Our goal is to deliver high-quality training and create smooth, professional experiences for every student who joins us.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who wants to play a key role in building a business from the ground up. You’ll be working closely with the founder, receiving direct coaching and feedback, and positioning yourself to move into leadership as we grow.
This isn’t a typical sales role — it’s an opportunity to join a high-energy startup and grow your career quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Speak to up to 100 warm leads daily by phone
  • Follow up with prospects via email, text, social channels, and calls
  • Help individuals feel confident about enrolling on our courses
  • Convert inbound interest into paid bookings
  • Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and trust
