ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Reservation Manager to oversee and manage all outbound travel bookings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel reservations, supplier negotiations, and team leadership, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service for both B2B and B2C clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise the outbound reservations team
• Oversee booking processes for flights, hotels, tours, and transfers
• Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, airlines, and hotel partners
• Negotiate competitive rates and ensure profit margins are met
• Handle complex itineraries and VIP client requirements
• Ensure timely confirmations, accurate documentation, and smooth travel arrangements
• Resolve booking issues and handle customer complaints professionally
• Monitor team performance and implement operational improvements
