JOB DESCRIPTION:

Springfield Travels is looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Visa Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our clients with international visa processing and related travel documentation. Freshers are welcome to apply – full training will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of travel, tourism, or visas is a plus (not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Assist clients in preparing visa applications and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and application centers.
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and in-office visits.
• Maintain accurate records of applications and client communication.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth visa process.
