This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team working in a service that is developing and evolving.
The Housing Support Gateway provides one single route into housing support services and a streamlined approach to allocating referrals and ensuring the right support at the right time. It also enables the local authority to monitor those referrals through their journey of assessment and support, to understand the level of need, support provided, and outcomes of the intervention.
The Outcomes Research Officer (Gateway) post will be involved in the analysis of the outcomes information provided by service providers and using this to inform the research into new service models and the evaluation of existing projects.
This is a role that requires excellent communication, the ability to gather, analyse, interpret and present data; and the ability to build positive working relationships with a range of Providers, Service Users and Professionals.
