At DaVita, we find that our best leaders are those who create an inspiring vision, have a desire to shape the future of medicine, and empower their team to achieve success. They enjoy tackling difficult problems and believe the best way to solve them is through a collaborative environment that involves team efforts. They take ownership of results and instill accountability in those they lead. They are driven, compassionate, strong communicators, relationship builders, and find real fulfillment in challenging and impactful work.
We are looking for a highly motivated, positive, and innovative Outcomes Research Coordinator to support project management activities for all projects conducted by the DCR Outcomes Research Team, including tasks related to project documentation, stakeholder communications, project tracking and status updates, and assistance to the Project Captain (project lead). This role also includes other non-project administrative tasks to support initiatives led by the Manager, Special Projects. DaVita prides itself on a culture of growth, transparency and feedback and would want our leaders to do the same. We want a teammate who is compassionate, purposeful, and motivated by meaningful work.
DCR Outcomes Research provides strategic insight and promotes innovation in care delivery at DaVita through primary and retrospective research aimed at improving clinical outcomes and quality of life for people with kidney disease. DCR Outcomes Research partners with stakeholder groups across DaVita to conduct analyses that answer key business questions and inform clinical strategy. Over the last 15 years, we have completed and published over 600 studies and have presented our work at several nationally recognized conferences, including the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) and the National Kidney Foundation (NKF).
