We are looking for a highly motivated, positive, and innovative Outcomes Research Coordinator to support project management activities for all projects conducted by the DCR Outcomes Research Team, including tasks related to project documentation, stakeholder communications, project tracking and status updates, and assistance to the Project Captain (project lead). This role also includes other non-project administrative tasks to support initiatives led by the Manager, Special Projects. DCR Outcomes Research provides strategic insight and promotes innovation in care delivery at DaVita through primary and retrospective research aimed at improving clinical outcomes and quality of life for people with kidney disease. DCR Outcomes Research partners with stakeholder groups across DaVita to conduct analyses that answer key business questions and inform clinical strategy. Over the last 15 years, we have completed and published over 600 studies and have presented our work at several nationally recognized conferences, including the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) and the National Kidney Foundation (NKF).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Associates Degree or higher is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 or more years of proven administrative experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative and/or Project Coordinator within a fast-paced setting either in a clinical research or regulated industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames; self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through.
  • Excellent research, analytical and communication skills with ability to interpret legal and technical specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and superior organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent organizational skills Advanced computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) is preferred
  • Commitment to and role model of DaVita’s values with ability to demonstrate those positively and proactively to patients, teammates, management, physicians, and/or vendors (Village Service Partners) in everyday performance and interactions
