SUMMARY:

Northern Sun is a Canadian outerwear brand built for everyday life in the cold — from commutes to campgrounds to weekend adventures. We’re looking for a driven, experienced sales rep to help us grow our wholesale business. You’ll be calling lodges, outfitters, trades, and small businesses who need dependable gear — and earning commission on every order you help land.
This is a part-time, remote position with a 90-day trial. We’ll provide product training, sales support, and everything you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and contact new wholesale leads (tour operators, resorts, contractors, etc.)
• Pitch co-branded opportunities (with custom logos)
• Make outbound calls and send follow-ups
• Track outreach and lead progress
• Work closely with the founder to close deals

Who You Are:

• Confident communicator with proven sales experience
• Familiar with the outdoor industry in Canada
• Comfortable working independently and finding new leads
• Existing contacts in tourism, construction, or outdoor retail is a big plus
• Bonus points if you already know and wear Northern Sun

Compensation:

• $500/month flat fee for 90-day trial
• 15% commission on all sales you generate
• Bonus potential for strong results
