This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales initiatives in the competitive outdoor catering and events market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team while delivering innovative event solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the outdoor catering and events sector Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance on sales techniques, client engagement, and performance optimization Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for outdoor catering and events services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements Conduct site visits and consultations with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present customized catering and event solutions Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify growth potential and inform strategic decisions Manage sales pipelines and forecasts, utilizing CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and client interactions Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and company standards Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in outdoor catering, events management, or related hospitality industry Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals Strong knowledge of outdoor catering services, event logistics, and event planning coordination Excellent client relationship management and consultative selling skills Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales management tools Proven experience in sales team leadership and staff management Strong negotiation and contract management abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies Budget management and financial acumen Familiarity with Dubai's events market and luxury event standards (preferred) Multilingual capabilities (preferred) Experience with vendor management and supplier coordination (preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach to business development Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
