Uplands Enterprise Trust (UET) is a charity based in Swindon that supports young people with additional needs. We help them gain life and work skills through a variety of programs. Our team is made up of passionate and creative staff, guided by a dedicated board of Trustees.
Our facility at Southleigh Stables provides meaningful learning, welfare and enterprise opportunities through equine facilitated learning sessions, small animal welfare, and nature-based activities. Our farm setting supports young people with diverse needs in developing confidence, independence, and life skills in a nurturing outdoor environment.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive, compassionate, and organised Outdoor Learning Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day running of our inclusive educational farm. This vital role ensures the smooth coordination of farm activities, animal care routines, and support for educational/welfare sessions. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for young people, animals, and staff alike.
