We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Outdoor Order Taker to join our team. The Outdoor Order Taker will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant service experience in outdoor areas (drive-thru, outdoor seating, or kiosk).

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in customer service, F&B, or order-taking role preferred.
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, energetic personality, and strong customer service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Greet customers promptly and politely in outdoor service areas.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system or handheld device.
• Repeat orders to customers for accuracy before finalizing.
• Provide menu information, make suggestions, and upsell additional items when appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle payments (cash, card, or digital) accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outdoor order-taking area.
• Follow company service standards and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
