Shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday – Friday

Location: Fountain, CO
Duration: Temporary until May with potential to go longer

• Blend and mix organic materials like compost, soil amendments, and fertilizers according to formulas.
• Work outdoors about 90% of the time, handling materials and operating equipment in all weather.
• Measure and track materials accurately, keeping production records up to date.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality products and smooth operations.
• Maintain equipment, keep work areas clean, and manage waste safely.
