Homestead Marketplace, the heart of community-driven commerce in Quinte West, is expanding its team with an opportunity for a dedicated Front Line Sales at our Factory Store (Outdoor Power Equipment) and Six Douglas Tire & Battery location in Quinte West. Join our team as a Front Line Associate in a new, state of the art retail environment! Our new front line associate will assist with sales at the Factory Store and Six Douglas Tire & Battery, while also assisting at the Service counter. Working alongside a team of sales and service professionals, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience and become an important member of our growing team. This role will involve welcoming customers and helping them purchase a diverse range of products like outdoor power equipment, lawn tractors and zero turns, batteries, tires, and accessories. It will also include writing service orders, assisting customers in our service department, general customer care, parts look up, ordering etc.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Clean driver abstract is required.
• 2 years of retail sales experience

• Help customers by offering advice and sharing information about our products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and become a trusted expert for our customers.
• Use strong sales skills to present products, handle questions, and close sales while keeping great customer relationships.
• Assist customers with their service needs.
• Work with the service department to make sure vehicles are ready and meet customer expectations.
• Ongoing training to keep improving your product knowledge and sales skills.
