JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a proven track record in sales and marketing, and a valid UAE 4-wheeler driving license. This role involves traveling within Dubai to meet clients, promote our products and services, and drive revenue growth.

• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to clients to showcase products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals while building long-term relationships with customers.
• Promote company offerings through field visits, events, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and analyze campaigns effectively.
• Identify and suggest innovative marketing strategies to boost client engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales and marketing, preferably in the UAE market.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• A valid UAE 4-wheeler driving license is required.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with the Dubai business landscape is an advantage.

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per mont
