JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to manage existing clients and identify new business opportunities in the baking and pastry industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and closing deals within the bakery, pastry, or food supplies sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the bakery supplies, foodservice, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of bakery ingredients, pastry tools, or professional baking equipment is a plus.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
    Contract length: 24 months
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in the bakery, hospitality, and catering industry.
  • Conduct outdoor sales visits to promote bakery ingredients, tools, and equipment.
  • Present, negotiate, and close sales deals with customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide accurate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
