As part of their expansion into the hotel sector, they are seeking professional, polished sales experts to join their team. Role Overview: The client is looking for two experienced Outdoor Sales Executives to drive business growth within the UAE hotel sector. The ideal candidates will have strong business development skills, excellent relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to represent a premium beverage brand with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and onboard hotels across the UAE to introduce premium Matcha. Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B managers, chefs, and procurement teams. Deliver engaging product presentations and tastings. Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration within the hotel sector. Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times. 3–5 years of outdoor sales experience within the hotel sector (F&B, luxury beverages, or hospitality supplies). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Professional appearance, confidence, and relationship-building abilities. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across hotel properties. Passion for premium beverages and healthy products is an advantage.
