JOB SUMMARY:

Tower Tools is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to drive sales and expand our customer base. This role involves visiting potential and existing customers, taking orders, and convincing new clients to choose Tower Tools as their preferred painting tools supplier. The ideal candidate thrives in an outdoor sales environment, builds strong relationships, and is committed to achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in painting tools, hardware, or construction-related products.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a structured sales routine.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the city.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Knowledge of hardware and paint supply markets is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Visits: Travel across the city daily to visit hardware stores, paint shops, and distributors, promoting Tower Tools’ products.
  • Sales & Order Management: Take customer orders, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and approach new potential customers, effectively presenting our product line to drive sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion: Educate customers on the benefits and features of Tower Tools’ painting tools, ensuring brand preference.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback to support strategic planning.
