REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum NITEC, O/A/N Level Cert
• At least 1 year of outdoor sales experience
• Engineer or hydraulics/instrumentation knowledge will be an added advantage
• Positive attitude, self-driven with team player mentality
• Possess own private vehicle will be an advantage

• Engage in 70% of hunting duties (scout and bring in new clients) and 30% of farming duties (reaching out to existing client base).
• Responsible for seeking and developing new business opportunities with local & overseas customers.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Planning and executing marketing strategies for penetration into new markets.
• Providing sales report and present in monthly sales meeting.
• Establish business rapport and relationships with potential and existing customers
• Assist Executive Director in market analysis, sales calls and cold calls
• Meeting KPI targets set by management
• To undertake other sales and business development related tasks assigned from time to time.
