About Us:
We are a leading car rental agency in Abu Dhabi, offering a wide range of modern vehicles and premium services to both corporate and individual clients. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Actively promote company car rental services to individuals, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
-Visit corporate clients at different location with a different nature of services to present company services and special rental offers such as but limited to hospitals, hotels, travel agencies, garages, manufacturers, ….etc.
-Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
-Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
-Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback.
-Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
-Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
-Identify market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
-Negotiate rental agreements and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
-Cooperate and liaise with different teams in the organization to support delivering highest level of performance and revenue.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (preferably in car rental, hospitality, or related industries).
-Strong knowledge of UAE market and customers behavior.
-Female candidate with valid UAE driving license.
-Exceptional interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
-Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken, reading, and written).
-Ability to work independently, Self-motivated, target-driven, to and willing to work outdoors and under pressure.
-Excellent tasks priortization, time management and organizational skills.
