JOB SCOPE:

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers face to face, promoting and selling products or services. You will play a key role in driving sales revenue and building strong customer relationships through persuasive communication and effective sales techniques. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, able to handle objections, and meet or exceed sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales training is an advantage).
  • Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities
  1. Canvassing/Door Knocking
  2. Make cold and warm visits to prospective customers, introducing them to products or services.
  3. Visit existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
  5. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  6. Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their requirements.
  7. Sales Pitching and Presentations:
  8. Deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches to potential clients.
  9. Provide detailed product/ service information and handle inquiries or objections confidently.
  10. Lead Generation and Follow-up:
  11. Identify new leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  12. Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline to ensure conversion.
  13. Sales Target Achievement:
  14. Work toward meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  15. Monitor your sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
  16. Customer Data Management:
  17. Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  18. Ensure proper follow-up and documentation of the sales process.
  19. Market Feedback and Reporting:
  20. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences, potential areas for improvement, and market trends.
  21. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  22. Product Knowledge:
  23. Stay updated on the company’s products and services, including new features or promotions.
  24. Understand competitors’ offerings to better position your sales strategy.
  25. Problem Solving:
  26. Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  27. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
