REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3–5 years of outdoor sales experience in building materials
  • Strong knowledge of construction products, specifications, and applications
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials sales, excellent networking skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Acquisition:

Identify and approach potential customers including contractors, developers, and project managers.

Promote building materials products, explain technical specifications, and provide tailored solutions.

  • Market Development:

Expand the customer base through regular visits, follow-ups, and relationship building.

  • Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.

  • Market Research:

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and project opportunities in the construction sector.

  • Reporting:

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

  • Customer Support:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
