Sealy Mattress Middle East is looking for a passionate and driven Outdoor Sales Manager to join our team. With a legacy of providing innovative bedding solutions, we aim to further expand our market reach and enhance customer relationships in the MENA region. In this key role, you will manage outdoor sales activities, develop strategic partnerships, and lead initiatives to promote our premium mattress products. Your ability to connect with clients on a personal level and understand their needs will be crucial to driving sales success and ensuring sustained growth for our brand. Responsibilities Forge and maintain relationships with clients in various sectors including retail, hospitality, and interior design. Develop an outdoor sales strategy to achieve sales goals and increase market share. Conduct regular market visits to engage with potential and existing customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns. Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to update management on performance. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the brand and generate leads. Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor sales or a related field, preferably in the consumer goods sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
