OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated B2B Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with potential business clients through door-to-door outreach, focusing on promoting and selling our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers at various companies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a B2B Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting door-to-door visits to businesses within a designated area to generate new leads and sales.
• Identifying potential clients and presenting our services to meet their needs.
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Keeping detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure effective customer engagement and service delivery.
• Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a field sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and interacting with potential clients in person.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• English language is a Must
