Description

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Representative (Artificial Grass & Flooring) to promote and sell our range of artificial grass and flooring products, including SPC\LVT flooring and wall panels, decking, and other related products to customers in any Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor sales and experience working with similar products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, landscaping, or flooring industry.
  2. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with artificial grass, SPC/LVT flooring, and indoor and outdoor wall panels, or willingness to learn.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Valid UAE Driving License preferred

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for artificial grass, SPC/LVT flooring, and wall panels.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including:
  4. Artificial grass: features, benefits, and applications.
  5. SPC/LVT flooring: features, benefits, and installation requirements.
  6. Indoor and Outdoor Wall panels: features, benefits, and design options.
  7. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
  8. Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects, showcasing the benefits and value of our products.
  9. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing feedback to the sales team and management.
