JOB SCOPE:

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers face to face, promoting and selling products or services. You will play a key role in driving sales revenue and building strong customer relationships through persuasive communication and effective sales techniques. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, able to handle objections, and meet or exceed sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales training is an advantage).
  • Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities
  1. Canvassing/Door Knocking
    o Make cold and warm visits to prospective customers, introducing them to products or services.
    o Visit existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    o Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
    o Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their requirements.
  3. Sales Pitching and Presentations:
    o Deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches to potential clients.
    o Provide detailed product/service information and handle inquiries or objections confidently.
  4. Lead Generation and Follow-up:
    o Identify new leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
    o Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline to ensure conversion.
  5. Sales Target Achievement:
    o Work toward meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    o Monitor your sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
  6. Customer Data Management:
    o Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
    o Ensure proper follow-up and documentation of the sales process.
  7. Market Feedback and Reporting:
    o Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences, potential areas for improvement, and market trends.
    o Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  8. Product Knowledge:
    o Stay updated on the company’s products and services, including new features or promotions.
    o Understand competitors’ offerings to better position your sales strategy.
  9. Problem Solving:
    o Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
    o Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
