We are looking for Outdoor Sales - Wholesale Distribution Executive who can join us immediately

  • Strictly with VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE. Preferably with own car.
  • With background experience in Building Materials (Sanitary Wares & Tiles supply industry)
  • Good communication skills. Fluent in Arabic is a plus.
  • UAE market experience required

JOB SUMMARY:

The Outdoor Sales - Wholesale Distribution Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with wholesale clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and acting as a liaison between the company and its wholesale partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and account management skills, excellent communication abilities, and an in-depth understanding of the wholesale/retail market.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets within the wholesale segment.
  • Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and work with clients to maximize sales potential.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identify and secure new wholesale accounts.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and logistics, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align wholesale strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product line and its unique selling points.
