Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect New Clients: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a strong client base.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute tailored sales strategies to meet the unique advertising needs of clients across different industries.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client objectives, goals, and challenges to provide customized advertising solutions that drive results.
  • Present Advertising Solutions: Present advertising products and services to potential clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and video conferences.
  • Close Sales: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure the client’s advertising needs are met while achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and identifying additional opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Track Sales Performance: Maintain detailed records of sales activity, client communications, and follow-ups in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Provide Client Feedback: Gather client feedback and market intelligence to help refine advertising products and services.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital and traditional advertising to provide clients with relevant and innovative solutions.
  • Customer Support: Assist with post-sale support and ensure campaigns are running smoothly, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Manage Contracts and Invoicing: Oversee the completion of contracts, invoicing, and payment collection in collaboration with the finance team.
  • UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required for client meetings, on-site visits, and sales outreach across various locations in the UAE.
