QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Sales/Management qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
• Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Excel & Outlook
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
• Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and time management
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in recruitment and team management
• Financial and general numeracy skills
• Strong public speaking and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

• Develop and execute outdoor sales strategies to achieve defined targets
• Set sales goals and monitor team performance
• Provide training and motivation to the sales team
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives
• Align sales efforts with daily operations and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and businesses
• Manage and oversee customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Evaluate team performance through feedback and action plans
• Generate and present sales reports to senior management
• Calculate and track sales team commissions
• Communicate with key stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals
