Prepares bar reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate, participates in the budgeting process, and monitors Micros system. Trains and develops decision-making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues. Qualifications Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an advantage. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant managerial experience in a luxury hotel is an asset. Service-oriented, high guest service skills, talent, knowledge, and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
