As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Manage and supervise all aspects of outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue Train, motivate, and lead a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver outstanding service Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Handle customer feedback and complaints, implementing effective service recovery measures when necessary Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet, coordinating with relevant departments Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Stay informed about local culinary trends and incorporate them into menu planning and promotional activities Implement and maintain quality control measures for all food and beverage items Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting Proven track record of successfully managing outlet operations and driving customer satisfaction Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software Solid understanding of food and beverage cost control and budgeting Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry Familiarity with local culture and cuisine in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the AlUla region Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications Additional Information experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
