Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Chennai, India. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. Lead and manage the food and beverage outlet team, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budget adherence Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience Recruit, train, and mentor outlet staff to maintain a high-performing team Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement Implement and maintain quality control measures across all outlet operations Organize and oversee special events and promotions to drive business Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance outlet offerings Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting Proven track record of leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences Proficiency in restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and MS Office applications In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and pricing strategies Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of local food safety regulations and health standards Familiarity with loyalty programs and revenue management techniques is a plus
