Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth. Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment Oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and product quality Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability whilst maintaining guest satisfaction Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise operational efficiency across all outlets Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene Analyse sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings and promotional activities Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes for the F&B department Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets and driving business growth Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Proficiency in using point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English required; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages would be advantageous Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and cuisine is a plus University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Food safety certification is desirable Additional Information What awaits you...
