JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Candidates who possess a Food Hygiene certificate will have an added advantage
• Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in specialty coffee industry
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, self-motivated and good people skills
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

• Oversee & manage day-to-day operations, including FOH and BOH
• Preserve and upholding excellent levels of customer service
• Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
• Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of food and beverage products
• Ensure compliance with SFA regulations
• Stock management - ordering and storage of products, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct monthly stock count and reports
• To appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• To facilitate events and promotions with Marketing strategies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management and/or immediate superior
