• About the Job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join the pre-opening team of our new concept.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Lead and oversee all day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service excellence.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction through effective operational and financial management.
• Coach, develop, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and uphold luxury hospitality standards.
• Monitor and maintain the highest levels of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, inventory, and cost controls to achieve business objectives and optimize performance.
• Build strong relationships with guests and key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to enhance the outlet's reputation and results.

• About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hospitality environment, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Excellent guest engagement and relationship management skills with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders.
