Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead the overall operations and business performance of our spa outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer experience and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership · Oversee end-to-end outlet operations to ensure efficiency, service excellence and compliance with company policies and SOPs · Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambience and service quality · Manage inventory control, procurement and cost management Sales & Financial Performance · Drive monthly and annual sales targets and profitability · Develop and execute strategic sales and promotional initiatives · Monitor revenue performance, expenses and P&L accountability · Analyse business reports and implement continuous improvement strategies People Management & Development · Lead, mentor and motivate the outlet team to achieve performance goals · Oversee recruitment, on boarding, training and performance management · Prepare manpower planning and staff scheduling · Foster a positive, customer-centric and results-oriented work culture​ Customer Experience Excellence · Ensure exceptional service standards and client satisfaction · Manage escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively · Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals Reporting & Compliance · Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for Management · Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements · Oversee cash management and audit procedures ​ Requirements · Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Beauty Management, or related field · Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role · Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing P&L · Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities · Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to support customer and team communication · Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Benefits · Annual Leave · Medical and Hospitalisation Leave · EPF · SOCSO · EIS
