Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to deliver high performance and exceptional guest experiences. Conduct daily briefings and ensure clear communication of operational priorities and VIP requirements. Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and implement effective service recovery. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, grooming, and company SOPs (HACCP standards). Optimize staffing levels and manage shift scheduling based on business demand. Drive upselling initiatives and monitor sales performance to support revenue targets. Control operational costs, including wastage, breakage, and inventory management. Ensure accuracy in billing procedures and cash handling. Coordinate with other departments (Kitchen, HR, Housekeeping) to maintain seamless operations. Prepare daily operational reports, including sales performance and incident logs. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within luxury hotel environments. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Financial awareness with the ability to monitor costs and drive revenue. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence.
