Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences. Lead and supervise the outlet team, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Handle guest enquiries and concerns, offering professional, friendly, and engaging service Implement and maintain outlet policies, procedures, and service standards Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages Motivate and mentor team members to achieve excellence in guest service Monitor and analyse outlet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction Assist in organising and executing special events and promotions Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency Qualifications Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum of two years' relevant experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting Proven track record of exceptional customer service and leadership skills Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations and food and beverage standards Proficiency in Micros and MS Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team to achieve common goals Knowledge of relevant food and beverage regulations and health and safety standards Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous Additional Information What awaits you...
