Job Description Ensure all staff on the floor are meeting and exceeding company standards of guest satisfaction and service Provide leadership, problem solving and decision making in all areas Provide ongoing training, motivating, and monitoring of staff Achieve and/or exceed sales projections Perform office duties such as scheduling, monthly inventory and pass-on Assist in ordering product Conduct employee performance reviews Provide discipline when necessary and complete required documentation Handle guest requests and complaints and authorize compensation when necessary Provide floor support when business levels require including expediting food, preparing and serving beverages, conducting quality checks etc. Adhere to and enforce organizational policies and procedures Actively contribute to a positive and motivating workplace Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Two years’ experience in a similar role Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Company Location: Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort
