This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Outlet Supervisor will also assist in training and developing team members, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a dynamic, high-end resort environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and up to standard. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed and manage costs effectively. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, special events, and service enhancements. Conduct regular inspections of the outlets to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of equipment. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing time-off requests. Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with a calm demeanor.
