About the Role:
We are hiring an Outlets Supervisor to oversee and support the daily operations of our resort’s food and beverage outlets. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality service, looking to step into a leadership position in a seasonal setting. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring exceptional guest experiences across our dining areas.

Key Duties:

  • Supervise and support daily operations within all resort outlets (e.g., restaurant, bar, café).
  • Assist in training new staff or temporary team members on service standards and procedures.
  • Manage guest relations, resolve escalated concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, coordinate schedules, and ensure operational flow and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in all outlets.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service.

What You Bring:

  • Strong background in hotel food and beverage service or restaurant management.
  • Supervisory or team-lead experience in a dining or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfort using POS systems and handling payment transactions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
