Job Description Leads and supervises the IRD team in all aspects of the department and ensures service standards are followed. Handles guest’s concerns and offers professional, friendly and engaging service. Implements outlet policies, procedures and service standards and follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages. Qualifications Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset. Service-oriented, high guest service skills, strong leadership skills and ability to motivate colleagues to excellence.
