Description Boar’s Head Resort is seeking a dynamic Outlet Manager to lead daily operations within one of our food and beverage outlets. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining Forbes-level service standards, operational excellence, and team engagement. The Outlet Manager oversees front-of-house operations, supports staff development, ensures service consistency, and drives financial performance while fostering a culture of hospitality that reflects the luxury experience of Boar’s Head Resort. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the assigned restaurant or dining outlet. Lead, coach, and supervise front-of-house team members. Maintain luxury service standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing staff training. Monitor labor schedules and operational performance. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with culinary and resort leadership to support service operations. Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety standards, and service procedures. Requirements Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant or outlet management experience. Experience in upscale dining, hotel, or resort environments preferred. Strong leadership and guest service skills. Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
